A message dated July 3, 1996, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

An Act relating to vessels participating in the Bering Sea Korean             
hair crab fishery; relating to a vessel permit limited entry system;
